    Your gift card reward will be fulfilled with available stock at the time of redemption, so we won't be able to guarantee the denomination of each gift card. Gift cards will be dispatched within 7 working days.

        Where can I find the CVV number on my card?

        Turn your card over and look at the signature box. You should see either the entire 16 digit credit card number or just the last four digits followed by a special 3 digit code. This 3 digit code is your CVV number / Card Security Code.

        Tickets can only be purchased at the special price of $11 online at www.hotpoints.co.nz after you log in from Westpac Online Banking.

        Only Westpac hotpoints credit cards can be used for payment.

        Purchase is strictly subject to availability. Maximum of 10 tickets per transaction. Once purchased, tickets cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen, cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash and cannot be cancelled.

        Your EVENT Cinemas movie ticket(s) will be sent to you via email. You will receive an email containing a link to access your ticket(s) within 15 minutes after completing your order.
