• Gifting your hotpoints is at your own risk.
• We will not be responsible for any hotpoints® gifted to an incorrect account.
• hotpoints gifted to an incorrect account cannot be retrieved.
• Both the Gifter and the Giftee will receive a letter of confirmation of the points gifting within 5 working days of the event.
• You may gift your hotpoints to any other hotpoints member. There is a minimum of 2,500 hotpoints you must earn before you are eligible to gift your hotpoints. Unless your hotpoints account is closed.
• Only principal or joint cardholders may gift hotpoints.
• The minimum number of hotpoints required to gift to another hotpoints account may be varied at any time by Westpac without prior notice.
• Westpac will deduct the appropriate number of hotpoints from your hotpoints balance when you request a gifting transfer.
• Gifted points will be immediately available on the account they are gifted to.
