When completing your redemption please ensure your best daytime contact number is supplied. Gourmet Direct will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date within 3 working days of redemption. Gourmet Direct cannot reliably deliver overnight to your door in the country (rural deliveries), they can help you to identify a suitable delivery point in your area, however if your order goes astray from this delivery point the goods will not be replaced. Gourmet Direct will discuss options with you when they call.

Gourmet Direct chilled or frozen meat products are already aged and vacuum-packed for maximum flavour, texture and shelf life. Each product is manufactured to a strict specification delivering you consistently stunning products every time. Every order is packed by hand with reusable gel ice packs to ensure your package travels safely with the least possible temperature fluctuation.

Your frozen product will arrive with its fresh-cut Use By date displayed. This date refers to its CHILLED state shelf life and may be well before the date of delivery. This is normal. Once the product freezes down it takes on a new lease of shelf-life, for up to 3 years! Industry regulations mean that most NZ food products display a Use By date which refers to their pre-frozen state. Our vacuum packing means the product is fine frozen.
